​Digital Products & Software
All software, downloadable files, online classes and digital documents (including Amelie Scott designs and training materials) are non-refundable once purchased and accessed. Please ensure compatibility and suitability before purchasing.

Out of Stock Items
If an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, it will be dispatched as soon as it becomes available.
In rare cases, due to supplier lead times and customs clearance, this may take up to 4 weeks. We will keep you informed if there is any significant delay.

We accept most major credit and debit cards.

Shipping
We use DPD and Royal Mail to dispatch orders.

If an item has been sent incorrectly, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a collection

Echidna Hooping Stations are shipped separately, as they are dispatched directly from our warehouse
Collections
Most products can be collected from Doncaster, with the exception of Echidna Hooping Stations, which are shipped directly from our warehouse.
All collections must be arranged in advance — please use the Contact Form to request a collection time.

Returns & Faulty Goods
All sales are final, except where goods are faulty.

Faulty items must be reported and returned within 14 days of receipt

Returns must be approved in advance — please contact us before sending anything back

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
