Software 

​

• Software and downloadable documents and classes, such as Amelie Scott is non-refundable.  

 

Out of Stock items 

​

• Should your item be out of stock, we will ship it as soon as it arrives. 

• At most, the wait time would be 4 weeks due to customs  

 

Payment Types

• We accept payment with most majority credit and debit cards. 

• If you have any queries at all please do not hesitate to contact us.

Shipping

​

• We use DPD and Royal Mail for the shipping of goods.  

• Shipping is within the UK and Ireland only  

• If goods have been sent incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a collection.  

• Echidna Hooping Stations will be sent separately as they are dispatched from a warehouse.

Collections

​

• All products can be collected from Doncaster apart from Echidna Hooping Stations. Prior arrangement for collection is required; please use the contact form to request this.

Returns

 

• All sales are final; with the exception of faulty goods, we will use our discretion whether or not to accept goods for return  

• Faulty goods must be returned within 14 days.  

• Returns will be accepted by prior arrangement. Please use the contact button to contact us.  

• Return postage will be at your cost (unless the item is faulty). The item must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging.  

• No guarantee/warranty is offered on products.
